I've been collecting wooden plates and blocks 
to experiment with.
I just love the texture it gives
when I draw compared to drawing on paper.

Drawing has been my therapy to reduce my stress level.
I have a box of drawings waiting for new homes now.

What will you do for your own therapy session? 
Some people sleep, eat, or do sports.
